The knobs were leaking previously so the property management people sent out a guy. Since then, the shower head is leaking…they do not see this as a “urgent” matter, and say it will need to wait.

YES, I made sure the knobs were turned off all the way…(well as far as they would go anyway.

Please do not answer by telling me to call a plumber…I would like a solution that I can DIY.
