How to DIY my own paint/picture on wall?
I am interested in learning to make easy canvas paint and put them on the wall but it may sound hard for a beginner. I want to start from abstract painting. But where do I find those tools (like painting tool, canvas, frames)? Does local store sell these stuff (what are their names?)? Is there any online video that i can learn from?
I also want to develop some poster-size digital pictures and maybe I can frame them and put on the wall. Any suggestion how to develop?

DIY Painting and plastering ( 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER)?
Hi,
In the next few months I want to improve the appearance of my 3 bedroom unit.
My partner and I bought as an investment but we are currently living in it until we move over seas. Before we go I am taking time off to Paint and get someone in to replace the cupboards in the kitchen.
The problem I have as In the bedrooms we have an Interior Brick walls which make it look like a public/ camp room as the brick has been painted over with white.
I don’t want to render the brick as it will be expensive and messy.
However I am inquiring about plaster-boarding or making the brick look More effective with paint or stenciling.
Aside from that I also want to paint the living room and kitchen and was wondering what colours I should look at. the room is quite small so I would want to make it appear bigger. also paintings/ wall decorations I am open to as well.
Can you guys show some links that I can look at as well as some advise.
thanks for your help in advance
I live in a 3 bedroom modern unit and I want to rent it out. I want it to be neurtal yet different.
Budget it needs to be a low budget. I want to add equity and value to the place as well.
colours atm are white but previous owners had children so it is now a off white like a smokers teeth colour.
Can you email me ideas as well I would really like to cover the brick it looks like a prison with it. Or if you have ideas on how to make the brick more appealing I am open to that as well.
thanks

Is there a way I can refinish or cover up my cabinets if I rent my apartment?
I don’t own my apartment, I’m still on a lease because I rent. There’s these ugly 70s cabinets in my kitchen and I need to do something with them. I can’t remove them or paint them because they have to be there when I move out, but I can’t stand to look at them. Is there any kind of crafty DIY way to make them not look so ugly?
