100%, obtaining a loan is considered financing.
I don’t think your question was worded correctly. If you take a loan, you have financed. Therefore, it’s 100%.
But I don’t think that’s what you meant.
I think you are asking what percentage of people are approved?
It all depends on what type of structure you are talking about.
You could call a company and ask them what the approval rate is for people that have certain FICA score. I’m not sure that is what you are asking though.
