Is it legal to sell things that you made with instructions from a DIY book?

I have a book that tells me how to make some cute stuffed animals. Can I sell the stuffed animals I make online or etc if the book is copyrighted?

Check the front of the book it will tell you. Sometimes on the pattern it will say for fun or profit.
check to see what the patterns say, sometimes they just don’t you to copy there patterns but you can sell. If all fails call\e-mail the book or site. Some states have laws about stuffed toys,Ohio is one.
lots of luck
I’d check with the publisher or author first. If you get no response, make sure you give credit to the designer- either by posting it on your website or included in a card sent with the final product.
As long as you don’t claim the pattern is your original design you should be okay…
