Well do you want it to be punk, emo, or goth?
There’s a very large difference.
I don’t know much about emo or goth style, but as far as punk goes, that again depends on what kind of punk (streetpunk, crustpunk, anarchopunk, riot grrl, etc.) Punk isn’t about the clothes you wear, it’s about your attitude and you as an individual. Make clothes however you want them and whatever you think looks good.

As far as goth goes:
Black dye followed by:
Renaissance Goth –
Wide black ribbon (preferably velvet or satin) as trim
