How about a home equity loan? If you have debt NO MORE Mortgage can help and help you get a loan.

Look into a Home Equity Line of Credit. You can borrow the $50,000 and only pay interest on the amount you draw. As you pay it off you can re-use this loan and draw from it if you ever need it in the future.
