Thin bulletin board corking, or even thicker cork tiles will do wonders.
A quilt will help some, but will make the door feel heavier than cork will.
Sound does not come through doors alone, so if your walls are thin, sound blocking a door will help some, but not alleviate all sound.
I doubt that would do much. If you can get some Styrofoam sheet insulation, (4×8x 1/2″ sheets) and staple or tape it to the doors, I think that would deaden the sound quick and easy. Try the big box stores Home Depot or Lowe’s, get the fire retardant rated material, about $10/ sheet.
i take it that it is a hallow wood panal door but is it a rental home if not you will need 2 cans of the expanding foam to do it just remove the door and drill holes in the top just large enough for the hose to go in and a few on the bottom just smaller than the ridge the inside of the door is split in to so you need one hole a quarter of the way on each side and you want to put the largest holes on the bottom so that it will be less notice able and use one can for each side and keep removing the excess material and not letting it harden or the foam will expand and bust the door
