They have kitchen designers that will do all sorts of work for you, for free! Of course, they will have to charge you for a measure if that is needed, and they will try to sell you merchandise from their store to make your "dream" come true...but give it a try! Take pictures of your kitchen, find pictures in magazines/books of what you what and then head for the nearest home improvement store (like Home Depot).
