some of your stores like wal-mart, Lowe’s, home depot sell small do-it yourself kits chances are they won’t include things to paint with but if you go to Lowe’s or home depot they have small paint kits also. some of the tools should include 7 or 9 pc. screwdriver set, hammer, razor knife , adj. pliers, adj. wrench, electrical tape, nail assortment screw assortment, and some sort of electrical tester

1 Drill + bits
2 Hammer
3 Screwdrivers (phillips & flat head)
4 Tape measure
5 Level
6 Misc. nails & screws
Thats pretty much it, but I would recommend buying a 18volt RYOBI kit from Home Depot. It comes with a drill, skill saw, jig saw, circular saw, utility light, vacuum, etc. Very Handy and inexpensive.
