My wife hated them. They stain easily and sometimes the lye in the concrete would come up when she washed them. Go to a building supply store, such as Lowes and buy granite a counter top. The acid finish that they use on them can give them a wide range of colors and a stone like quality. I would choose his over granite any day. I would never try to put these in myself though. Once concrete is set that's pretty much it. I boyfriend builds houses and I have seen this done a lot with floors also, they use radiant heat. My thought was to make some patio stones/paver, maybe a seat for a bench first as a practice run.
